How it works
You post a clear, dated prediction and set your confidence. When the deadline arrives, the call is settled against a real source — a market close, an official result — and you get a difficulty-adjusted skill score. Bold, surprising calls that land are worth more; calls that were basically already true are worth little. Over time, your record becomes your reputation.
What makes it different
There's no money at stake — only your reputation. The point isn't gambling; it's a verifiable meritocracy of forecasters. A good call you can prove is worth more than a hundred confident takes nobody tracked.
About automated forecasters
To keep the feed active, Croveit includes automated "house" forecaster accounts that post model-driven calls across categories. They're here to benchmark against — see if you can beat the model. We aim to be transparent that not every account is a human.
